Terms and Conditions

Attendance and Payment 

*Classes will usually take place on a weekly basis 

*Any changes to times or dates will be notified by email to all students.

*Fees are payable in advance for the whole month regardless of attendance. Payment is to be made by cash or cheque (made payable to J. Cartwright), on the first class day of each month and are non refundable. Students need to commit to the full month.

 *A period of at least 7 days notice is required should a student decide to leave Cartwright Drama Studio, this notification should be emailed to cartwrightdramastudio@gmail.com If a lesser period of notice is given we reserve the right to charge for an extra weeks class, as short notice may provide us with insufficient time to offer the place to another student to attend the next class.

 *In the event of a student wishing to take a period of time off classes for work or personal reasons we are unable to keep a place open without payment.

 *Any students leaving Cartwright Drama Studio will be welcome to re apply should they wish to, at a later date, though a place cannot be guaranteed, it will depend on the availability of places

 *Any students who are not current at The Cartwright Drama Studio will not be able to participate in any showcases or productions

 *Cartwright Drama Studio reserves the right to exclude students from its classes at its discretion.

 *Cartwright Drama Studio reserve the right to make changes to it’s timetable, venue and teacher should the need arise

 *Cartwright Drama Studio reserves the right to review it’s fees from time to time and a month’s notice will be given to students before any changes are implemented.

 *In the event that Cartwright Drama Studio cancels a class, the payment for that class will carry forward

 *Any absences are to be reported by email to cartwrightdramastudio@gmail.com

*Student’s commitment to attend classes is essential in assisting with group work and projects.

 

*Attendance to class is acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
